Beginner pole tricks & spins

In this class you will learn a large variety of spins, tricks and climbs. However, as a beginner we start with the basics and begin with a short and fun routine that includes basic transitions and spins (**no going upside down in beginner and advanced beginner levels**). Once you progress to Intermediate Level 1 you will be confident and strong enough to start inverting (going upside down) and learning all the many fancy tricks, climbs and combination spins.
It wont take long to increase your core strength as well as to tone and strengthen your upper body which includes arms, shoulders, back and chest.

Exercises to work the lower half of the body are also included as well as stretches to improve flexibility.

POLE TRICKS & SPINS classes run once a week for an hour over a 6 week term and the cost is $145. A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance of $95 is to be paid no later than THREE DAYS before class begins. Pole tricks & spins advanced beginner

Beginner Pole Tricks & Spins must be completed before participating as it is important to start with the basics and learn the concept of pole. 

Advanced Beginner classes run once a week for an hour over a 6 week term and the cost is $145. A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance of $95 is to be paid no later than THREE DAYS before class begins. Unfortunately payment cannot be accepted after this and you may lose your place in the class. Please also keep in mind that all payments are non refundable/transferable :)

Pole tricks & spins intermediate

Both Pole Tricks & Spins beginner and advanced beginner levels must be completed before participating as we begin to invert and learn tricks and spins that require more strength. 

Intermediate classes run once a week for an hour over a 6 week term and the cost is $145. A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance of $95 is to be paid no later than THREE DAYS before class begins. Unfortunately payment cannot be accepted after this and you may lose your place in the class. Please also keep in mind that all payments are non refundable/transferable

Pole tricks & spins advanced

Beginner, Advanced Beginner and all four levels of Intermediate must be completed before participating in this class.  

Advanced classes run once a week for an hour over a 6 week term and the cost is $145. Pole cardio

If you are looking for a new and extremely fun way to get a good cardio workout plus build strength then our POLE CARDIO class is highly recommended! Working out and moving to various tracks of music you will learn only the basic of spins while you increase your cardiovascular fitness. You will naturally build strength and your flexibility will also improve as we incorporate some basic stretching. You will be amazed at how quickly you see and feel results by using your own body weight on the pole! (there is no going upside down in this class) 

(*****the difference between the POLE CARDIO and POLE TRICKS & SPINS class is that you do not learn the extensive range of tricks, spins and inverts in the Pole Cardio class like you do in the PT&S class. Its more about getting a good CARDIO workout using the pole and we stick to the basics*******)

Strength & stretch

This class is aimed at those already doing pole but is also suitable for anyone who just wants a fun strength and flexibility workout without learning all the spins & tricks that you would learn in a regular pole class. (so in other words no pole experience is necessary to join this class)

The first half of the class is dedicated to building upper body, abs and leg strength with various exercises on the pole that are tailored to suit each individual level of strength and fitness. It is a fantastic addition to your pole training as it will compliment your regular pole class perfectly and improve your pole skills. 

The second half of this class will focus on stretching the shoulders, back and legs with our number one goal being the splits. Again, this will improve your pole skills considerably by giving you a better range of movement, allowing you to execute a lot more tricks and helping to prevent injuries.

Killer abs, butts & thighs

 
 
KILLER ABS, BUTTS & THIGHS
 
Killer abs, butts and thighs is what we all want and our focus is strictly on what the title describes. This class is purely for the lower body and you do not need to have any pole experience as the poles are not used.
 
 
This is an interval class involving cardio and resistance exercises for the legs, butt and abdominal area/core. Easier and harder options are provided to suit all levels of personal fitness, therefore just like all of our classes, you do not need to be a specific age, shape, size or strength/fitness level.
 
KABT classes run once a week for an hour over a 6 week term and the cost is $95. A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance of $45 is to be paid no later than THREE DAYS before class begins. Unfortunately payment cannot be accepted after this and you may lose your place in the class. Burlesque

 

If you're looking for vintage glamour with a modern twist, sophistication, a little bit of fantasy and a whole lot of fun then a burlesque class is for you!


Our focus is on having a giggle, having fun and feeling confident within yourself! So many women have started this class feeling shy and nervous but walk away with boosted self esteem and a sparkle in their eye! ***You do not need any dance experience for this class***

This is NOT a strip class - the main difference between burlesque and stripping is the idea of the tease. Stripping is simply about revealing nudity, whereas burlesque is an entertainment art, based around dance, comedy, music and the art of the tease.

The burlesque class runs once a week for an hour and the cost is $105 for a 6 week term. A $40 deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance of $75 is to be paid NO LATER THAN THREE DAYS before the first day of class. Unfortunately payment cannot be accepted after this and you may lose your place in class. Mens pole power

Men are finally discovering that pole fitness is not just for women and that it can actually be a challenging and tough but fun workout! This is a class specifically tailored for men and our main focus is buiding muscle for abdominal and upper body strength.  Using your natural body weight on the pole you will quickly bulk up, tone up, get ripped and learn some amazing new tricks that are in no way girly or feminine.

We remove all dance and sexiness and focus strictly on learning tricks and getting a hard core workout. You wont regret it we promise!

MENS POLE POWER classes run once a week for an hour over a 6 week term and the cost is $110. A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance of $60 is to be paid no later than THREE DAYS before class begins. Unfortunately payment cannot be accepted after this and you may lose your place in the class.

Invert & shoulder mount mini term

ISM- INVERT & SHOULDER MOUNT- TECHNIQUE AND CONDITIONING mini term :

This three week intensive course focuses on building strength and technique for LIFTING (no momentum) into a basic invert, straddle invert and shoulder mount. Whether you’re:

*still working on your basic invert, or
*fairly confident and want to tidy up your form, or
*want to work on your less preferred side or aerial invert

There will be something in this for all students who are advanced beginner, intermediate or advanced. If you’re a beginner and want to give it a try, please have a chat with us first.
There will be no moves or tricks taught beyond the invert itself as the emphasis is on building your strength, control, and range of motion so you can invert safely and confidently.

The total cost for the 3 week program is $55 and it runs once a week for an hour. Full payment is required upon booking and please keep in mind that all payments are non refundable/transferable.
